Key Responsibilities:

* Drive business growth for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the assigned area via DSA and open market channels.

* Manage and develop a robust network of DSAs, connectors, and builders to achieve business objectives.

* Monitor and lead a team of Sales Officers or Executives to ensure performance and target achievement.

* Ensure end-to-end coordination with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams.

* Maintain high portfolio quality and low delinquency. Candidate Profile:

* 4 to 8 years of proven experience in the Home Loan or Mortgage industry. * Strong exposure to DSA management and open market sourcing.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

*Ability to handle high-value clients and builder tie-ups.
