Director .NET Technology / Director of Engineering (.NET Platform)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic technology leader to lead enterprise application development initiatives using the Software Engineering stack. The Director will oversee architecture, delivery, engineering excellence, cloud modernization, and team leadership across multiple products and programs.

This role requires a solid background in Microsoft technologies, scalable enterprise systems, cloud-native architectures, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

- Define and drive the enterprise .NET technology roadmap.
- Lead architecture and modernization initiatives for mission-critical applications.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.

Delivery & Execution

- Manage multiple engineering teams and large-scale delivery programs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum execution and engineering productivity metrics.

Architecture & Engineering

- Design scalable distributed systems using Microsoft technologies.
- Review and approve solution architectures and technical designs.
- Ensure performance, security, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Guide migration from legacy systems to modern architectures.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Mentor engineering managers, architects, and senior developers.
- Conduct hiring, performance management, and capability development.
- Engage with business stakeholders,



clients, and executive leadership.
- Present technology strategies and delivery status to leadership teams.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
