Job Description MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Finance Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Finance modules, Indian localization, and ERP implementation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring Finance solutions, leading client discussions, and delivering end-to-end implementations.

Experience Required

- 5 -10 years of experience as a D365 F&O; Finance Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in implementation, upgrades, and support projects.
- Proven experience in leading finance workstreams and coordinating with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and design Finance solutions within D365 F&O.;
- Lead workshops and client meetings to understand business processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize Finance modules, including:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash & Bank Management
- Project Accounting
- Budgeting Module

- Ensure compliance with Indian localization and statutory requirements in D365 F&O.;
- Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other modules.
- Provide best practices, process improvements,



and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Project Accounting
- Budgeting Module

- Strong experience in D365 F&O; Finance Modules.
- Expertise in Indian Localization and statutory compliance.
- Experience with GST and Indian taxation reporting.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
- Experience in client-facing consulting and requirement gathering.

Educational Qualification

- CA / ICWA / MBA Finance
OR
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in consulting and client management.
- Ability to lead workshops and coordinate with technical teams.

Preferred Location

- Bangalore (Preferred)
- Open to other locations as required.
