Position: Sales Head / Sales Agent

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Sales Agent to drive business growth in the men's readymade garments segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail market sales, dealer and distributor management, and business development, with a strong network across the South Indian market. Experience in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve business targets across assigned territories.
- Develop and expand the retail, distributor, and dealer network.
- Strengthen relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Lead sales planning, execution, and territory development.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of hardcore retail sales experience in men's readymade garments, apparel, or fashion.
- Robust retail market connect with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- South India market exposure is preferred, with AP & Telangana market access being a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Compensation
Monthly Guaranteed (MG) + Sales Commission + Target-Based Incentives & Bonuses.
