Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support SAP Development, QA & Production environments
- Perform SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and patching
- Monitor SAP HANA databases and optimize system performance
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change implementations
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Database, Network & Security teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Support audit, compliance, and system documentation
