The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping staff, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the household.

The role requires a proactive, organized, and hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and prior experience in managing large residences, luxury homes, guest houses, or hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Management

- Oversee the overall cleanliness and presentation of the residence.

- Ensure all bedrooms, living areas, dining spaces, kitchens, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure housekeeping quality and consistency.

- Supervise deep-cleaning and seasonal cleaning activities.

Staff Supervision

- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff and domestic helpers.

- Assign daily duties and monitor task completion.

- Train staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and household protocols.

- Ensure discipline, grooming, and professional conduct among household staff.

Household Operations

- Coordinate routine maintenance and repair requirements.

- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors as required.

- Ensure proper functioning of household equipment, appliances, and utilities.

Inventory Supplies Management





- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries, and cleaning materials.

- Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

- Implement best practices for housekeeping operations.

Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with laundry, pest control, housekeeping suppliers, and maintenance vendors.

- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality service delivery.

Required Skills Competencies

- Good communication skills in Telugu; basic English/Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
