Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Integration Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Concur Expense solutions for global enterprise projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP Concur integrations with SAP S/4HANA, strong technical expertise in integration frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical takeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP Concur Expense integration activities for global implementation projects. Design, configure, and manage SAP Concur integration solutions with SAP S/4HANA/SAP HANA landscapes.
- Configure and activate SAP Concur ICS (Integration Configuration Service) interfaces.
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot overnight jobs, scheduled interfaces, and data load processes.
- Support end-to-end integration activities, including employee master loads, expense postings, vendor mappings, tax code mappings, and financial postings.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to interface failures, data discrepancies, and integration exceptions.
- Work with SFTP, PGP encryption (.asc files), middleware platforms, and file-based integrations.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional and technical integration documentation.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, SAP Concur technical teams, SAP functional consultants, and third-party integration teams.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Hypercare, and postproduction support for integration-related deliverables.
- Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining system stability and integration performance.
- Provide technical guidance,



best practices, and recommendations for SAP Concur integration improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- SAP Concur Expense Certification (Mandatory).
- 10+ years of overall SAP Concur implementation and integration experience.
- Must have completed at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP Concur Expense.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur ICS integrations and interface activation.
- Proven expertise in SAP Concur integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA.
- Experience in monitoring scheduled jobs, overnight batch processes, and interface execution.
- Robust understanding of SFTP, PGP encryption (.asc files), middleware technologies, and secure file transfers.
- Experience troubleshooting integration failures and production support issues related to employee loads, expense postings, tax codes, vendor mappings, and interface failures.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Experience preparing integration design documents, interface specifications, and support documentation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in global implementation programs and collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP Concur Travel module is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting multiple SAP Concur implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, or other enterprise middleware platforms is an
- advantage.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
