We are looking for experienced US Non IT Recruiters / Senior US Recruiters to join our growing US recruitment vertical. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with US-based clients, source high-quality talent, and contribute to global hiring success.

Candidates with US Non-IT Recruitment experience or International Voice Process experience in the BPO industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

-Source and identify top talent for US-based clients across various industries

-Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn recruiting, and job portals

-Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

-Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

-Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

-Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders in the US

-Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidate submissions

-Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines





-Meet hiring targets and client service expectations

Requirements

Option 1: US Recruitment Background

-Proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitment / US Staffing

-Strong understanding of US hiring practices and recruitment processes

-Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals

Option 2: BPO Background

-Experience in International Voice Process within a BPO/KPO environment

-Excellent communication, customer interaction, and relationship management skills

-Exposure to US customers/clients is highly preferred

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English)

-Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

-Ability to work in US shift timings
