1.CRM Management: Maintain real-time customer data and interaction history in the CRM for key accounts.

2.Customer Engagement: Execute a calendar of periodic site visits to strengthen long-term partnerships with DC customers.

3.Proactive Maintenance: Prepare and implement scheduled health check-ups to prevent equipment downtime.

4.Escalation Control: Lead the resolution of all Data Centre customer grievances within the zone.

5.Field Leadership: Provide on-site technical support for critical issues alongside Zonal and Area teams.

6.MIS Reporting: Deliver data-driven performance reports and service analytics to customer and key stakeholders.

7.Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to address field concerns and align service goals.

8.Technical Training: Conduct OM (Operation Maintenance) workshops to enhance customer staff competency.

9.Position is dedicated to managing the onsite OM contract for Data Centre customer and work in shift wise 24/7X365 days.

10.24X7 operation and maintenance of the DG sets and ensure maximum uptime.

11.Take over from previous shift in writing and understand daily engineering logbook carefully act accordingly. Understand all the activities while handing over/taking over from the previous shift.

12.Plan shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

13.Safety and compliance (Electrical safety standards ,



CPCB and pollution norms for DG sets Fire and safety regulations)

14.Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.

15.Minimum 45 years hands-on experience with DG sets (preferably KOEL)

Experience with BMS / SCADA systems

Perform and supervise the Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Breakdowns and emergency repairs.

Lead fault analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for DG failures.
