- Responsibilities include Service Delivery KPI achievement, Management of Franchsiees/DSO/RSTs/Reportees, Dealer management, Service Perception management, Customer satisfaction, Network expansion and assigned projects.
- Ensure availability of stock for sales at Franchsiee
- Continuously reach out to maximum and potential customers
- AMC hit rate Wty to AMC & AMC to AMC as per budget
- Involvement in Training to ensure Training calendar is achieved. Share observations on field and plan training interventions with Branch trainers.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 6 years of exeperience
- Technical Graduate (BE/B-Tech)
