We are looking for an experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. If you have 2 to 5 years of solid experience navigating the US IT staffing market, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and are comfortable working in a permanent night shift, we want to hear from you!
This is a Hybrid work model (mix of work-from-home and in-office days) open only to candidates currently residing in Hyderabad. The entire interview process will be conducted virtually.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse IT positions in the US market.
- Sourcing & Screening: Source high-quality candidates using US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
- Tax Terms Expertise: Deep understanding of US tax terms ($W2$, $Corp-to-Corp / C2C$, $1099$) and various visa types ($H1B$, $CPT$, $OPT$, $GC$, $USC$).
- Candidate Engagement: Screen, interview, negotiate compensation,
and build strong relationships with active and passive IT professionals.
- Submissions & Follow-ups: Coordinate with account managers/clients, present shortlisted resumes, and manage the interview pipeline through to onboarding.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience specifically in US IT Recruitment.
- Location: Must be a current resident of Hyderabad (Mandatory).
- Shift: Must be 100% comfortable working Night Shifts (aligning with US EST/CST business hours).
- Work Mode: Willingness to work in a Hybrid model (designated office days in Hyderabad).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong salary/rate negotiation and closing skills.
