- Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
- Experience in conducting business analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate Kick off Meetings.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Agile Facilitation:
Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning ,retrospectives and reviews.
- Ensure the team follows Scrum practices, removes impediments and stays on track with sprint goals.
- Coach the team to improve their understanding of Agile principles and self-organization.
Project Coordination Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized and ready for sprints.
- Ensure timely delivery of increments while maintaining a high level of product quality.
