- Responsible for Coordinating with the Existing as well as new clients of the company
- Achieving sales targets in assigned territory.
- Generation Of New Enquiries and Orders related to flooring treatment
- Responsible for Meeting the new target customers and converting them into customers
- Responsible of increase service sales like AMC, O M Contracts
- Responsible for Payment Collection.
- Organizing Events like customer meet, service camp to attract more customers
- Meeting Customers on daily basis and helping them to solve their problem in floor treatment
- Making daily reports and sending them to Seniors
- Attending meetings monthly closing at Branch Office
- Managing service franchisees operation as per the guidelines norms of the company
- Monitoring supporting to service franchise to lead generation/enquiry generation activities.
- Conversion of lead/enquiries in to sales
- Sales promotion activities
- Training and motivation of franchisee team




- Development and growth of franchisees/dealers
- Technical presentation/discussion with customers
- Development of unrepresented areas through appointment of recent franchisees Qualifications

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill.
- Should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical commercial negotiations
- Should have strong affinity towards service business
- Responsible for Order and Payment Collection.
- Reporting on a periodical basis to Seniors
- Technical knowledge related to floor treatment will be added advantage.
- Willing to travel to other locations.
