- Full time MBA strongly preferred as a proxy for structured thinking, communication, and stakeholder navigation
- Enterprise exposure: Experience operating at, or delivering to, enterprise-scale environments comparable to Fortune 500 client engagements
- Preferred / Differentiating Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (Analytics, Target, AEP, CJA, AJO, Advertising Cloud)
- Prior employment at Adobe, or within the Adobe partner ecosystem, materially reducing ramp time
- Depth across two or more priority verticals
- Named AI consulting deliverables a GenAI personalization framework, agentic workflow, or GEO/AEO strategy with measurable outcomes
- A stable employment trajectory with sustained tenures and deepening responsibility
