Job Title: Creative Team Lead

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Team Lead to manage and mentor our team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, along with the ability to lead a creative team, maintain quality standards, review deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor project progress.
- Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets, including graphics, videos, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Mentor team members and help improve their design, editing, and creative thinking skills.
- Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage team productivity, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and video editing techniques.
- Handle multiple client projects in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.





Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Creative Production.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other creative tools.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layouts, and motion graphics.
- Ability to review creative work and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design and video editing tools is an added advantage.

- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced agency environment.
- Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office during the Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
