Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house hiring.
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals and channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment vendors and track candidate submissions.
- Process offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: MBA (HR) or any relevant degree.
