We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our staffing and recruitment services. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, research, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data
- Meet weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Solid communication and research skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with staffing/recruitment industry is a plus
Compensation
- 10,000 15,000 per month (based on experience + performance)
