- Prepare and update project schedules (baseline, look-ahead, weekly/monthly) in Primavera/MS Project
- Monitor actual vs planned progress and highlight deviations
- Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and productivity/manpower histograms
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and design teams for schedule inputs and constraints
- Assist in delay analysis and recovery schedule preparation
- Track milestones and support monthly progress review meetings
Manager Lever
- Develop and own the integrated master schedule for the project(s)
- Lead planning and scheduling strategy including resource and cost loading
- Conduct critical path analysis, delay/EOT analysis, and recovery planning
- Present progress, forecasts, and risk/mitigation plans to client/management
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (design, procurement, execution, MEP) into the master plan
- Establish planning MIS, dashboards, and reporting standards across projects
- Senior planning engineers and standardise scheduling practices
