Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design, technology integration, and architecture strategy for NexaAI, QualiZeals next-generation services. This role is pivotal in bridging AI-driven innovation with core enterprise engineering, ensuring that NexaAI evolves into a robust, scalable, and business-aligned ecosystem. The Solution Architect will work across multiple technology domains cloud, DevOps, automation, data management, integrations, and user experience — thinking beyond AI to create holistic digital experiences that serve both internal and client-facing needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Solution Design & Architecture • Define and own the overall architectural blueprint for development of enterprise grade applications, integrations, and platform scalability. • Design modular, API-first, and microservices-based solutions that can adapt to evolving business and AI requirements. • Ensure seamless integration between AI components, core applications, and enterprise systems such as JIRA, SAP, ADO, Salesforce, and Confluence. • Balance functional and non-functional requirements — scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. • Collaborate with AI Architects to embed GenAI components responsibly into broader solution workflows. Technology Leadership & Delivery • Lead technical design for cross-functional development teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and data engineering. • Oversee the development of multi-tenant cloud-based platforms with reusable and configurable modules.



• Define standards and best practices for coding, integration, testing, and deployment across AICoE projects. • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and observability are embedded from inception. Cross-System Integration • Architect and optimize integrations between AI engines, databases, automation systems, and third-party APIs. • Ensure data flow governance, access control, and audit compliance across all development modules. • Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure technical feasibility aligns with business goals. Innovation & Strategic Alignment • Bring innovation beyond AI, exploring automation, workflow engines, analytics, and digital transformation enablers. • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for our AI-enabled development services, ensuring scalability across different industry use cases. • Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., serverless computing, event-driven architectures, low-code orchestration) . Governance, Quality & Mentorship • Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks, review processes, and quality gates. • Mentor developers, technical leads,



and DevOps engineers to build cross functional architectural awareness. • Partner with AI Architects and Security teams to ensure Responsible AI and secure by-design practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience & Expertise o 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications. o Proven experience leading large-scale cloud-native solution design (Azure, AWS, or GCP). o Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, containerization, and serverless frameworks. o Exposure to AI integration frameworks, RAG pipelines, or LangChain/LangGraph is an advantage but not mandatory. • Technical Proficiency o Solid knowledge of at least one core backend language: .NET Core, Java, or Python. o Hands-on with API management (Apigee, Kong, Azure API Gateway) and integration middleware. o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, Helm), and DevOps automation. o Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL/Vector) and data orchestration frameworks. o Experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, ISO standards). • Professional Attributes o Strong analytical and architectural thinking skills with a solution-first mindset. o Exceptional communication and stakeholder management ability. o Ability to balance innovation with practical implementation timelines. o Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across business and technical domains.
