Role Overview

The Design Coordinator will be a key member of the Design Lab at Tribeca Developers, responsible for coordinating across internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design intent across projects. The role requires a blend of design sensibility, project coordination skills, and solid attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Coordination

Act as the central point of coordination between architects, consultants (MEP, structural, landscape), and internal teams

Ensure alignment of design intent across all disciplines throughout project stages

Track design deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines

2. Design Development Support

Assist in the development and refinement of architectural and interior design concepts

Review drawings,



presentations, and material selections for consistency and quality

Support the Design Lab in research on materials, trends, and innovations

3. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals

Ensure all design documents comply with local regulations, codes, and brand standards

Support in obtaining necessary approvals from authorities and stakeholders

4. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with project management, sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility

Liaise with international design partners (if applicable) to maintain global standards

5. Site Coordination

Work closely with the execution team to ensure design intent is implemented on-site

Conduct site visits to review progress and address design-related issues

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design / related field
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in design coordination or architectural practice
- Initial experience (48 years) in reputed design studios, followed by experience (46 years) working with real estate developers
- Experience in multi-storeyed residential housing projects is mandatory
- BIM coordination experience shall be preferred
- Experience in real estate or high-end residential/commercial projects preferred

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural design and detailing
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite (preferred)
