Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and dynamic YouTube Anchor to host and present content for RiVirtual’s YouTube channel. As the anchor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality videos, engaging with the audience, and collaborating with the production team to ensure our content is both informative and entertaining. If you are passionate about storytelling, have a vibrant on-screen presence, and excel at connecting with viewers, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Hosting and Presenting:

- Act as the on-screen personality for YouTube videos, delivering content with energy, professionalism, and authenticity.
- Script and prepare for video shoots in collaboration with content creators and writers.
- Host interviews, property tours, product reviews, and demonstrations relevant to real estate and lifestyle content.

Audience Engagement:

- Build a strong connection with the audience by adding humor, relatability, and personality to the content.
- Interact with viewers through comments, live streams, and Q&A; sessions to build community engagement.




- Foster a loyal audience base by consistently interacting with followers and promoting the channel.

Content Development:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, scripts, and storyboards for upcoming videos.
- Provide input on trending topics, viral content ideas, and innovative formats to keep the channel fresh and engaging.
- Assist in developing strategies to grow the channel’s reach and increase viewership.

Production and Delivery:

- Coordinate with the video production team to ensure smooth and efficient shoots.
- Maintain a professional on-screen presence with clear articulation and expression.
- Record promotional clips, intros, outros, and teasers for branding and marketing purposes.

Channel Growth:

- Stay updated with YouTube trends, SEO techniques, and analytics to optimize video performance.
- Actively promote content across social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
- Support the team in achieving channel growth goals, including subscriber and viewership milestones.

Required Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

- Proven experience as a YouTube Anchor,



TV presenter, or content creator is highly desirable.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera with strong on-screen charisma.
- Experience in scriptwriting, hosting, or live streaming is a plus.

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- A vibrant personality with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with YouTube platform best practices, including SEO, algorithms, and analytics.
- Basic understanding of video production processes and technical terminology.
