About the Role

Our HealthCare is seeking passionate and performance-driven Business Development Executives with experience in the Cardio-Diabetic pharmaceutical segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's Cardio-Diabetic portfolio to Cardiologists, Diabetologists, Physicians, and General Practitioners while building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and driving prescription generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company's Cardio-Diabetic product portfolio to healthcare professionals.
- Regularly meet Cardiologists, Diabetologists, Physicians, and General Practitioners in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly prescription generation and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Ensure product availability at retail pharmacies and hospital pharmacies.




- Conduct scientific product detailing and effectively communicate product features and clinical advantages.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
- Execute promotional campaigns, CMEs, and other scientific engagement activities.
- Submit daily call reports, tour plans, expense statements, and market feedback on time.

Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of pharmaceutical sales/business development experience in the Cardio-Diabetic segment.
- Established relationships with Cardiologists, Diabetologists, Physicians, and hospitals in the assigned territory are preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent territory management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve business objectives.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
