Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Required Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Good computer/system knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook etc
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
