Zenith Energy is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Tender and Contracts Specialist to own
the end-to-end lifecycle of our industrial energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate
services bids and regulatory compliance contracts. Youll be at the intersection of technical
strategy and commercial dealmaking helping us win engineering and consultancy
business across steel, chemical, automotive, and other industrial manufacturing sectors, as
well as renewable energy and climate/sustainability projects, by packaging precise technical
methodologies with competitive, compliant commercial frameworks.

What Youll Do
Tender & Bid Management
Analyze detailed industrial RFPs requesting energy audits, power quality analyses, and
thermal/electrical system optimizations, as well as renewable energy (solar, wind) and
climate/sustainability advisory tenders
Partner with certified energy auditors, energy managers, field engineers, and
climate/sustainability consultants to structure complex technical audit and advisory
methodologies
Build commercial estimates pricing structures, man-day requirements, site-visit travel
budgets, and testing-equipment logistics costs
Navigate public utility and government e-procurement portals to submit fully compliant
energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate services tenders
Contract Drafting & Negotiation
Draft, review, and refine contract language, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs;),
Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Lead contract negotiations with vendors and clients to protect Zenith Energys interests
and secure favorable terms





Ensure every agreement aligns with legal guidelines, industry standards, and internal
compliance protocols
Contract Administration & Compliance
Administer contracts post-award monitor vendor performance and track deliverables
Manage change processes, amendments, renewals, and resolve breach-of-contract
issues
Maintain rigorous document control, contract databases, and traceability in line with
audit-readiness standards
What You Bring
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or
a related field
Experience: 35+ years in contract administration, bidding, tendering, or procurement
(industrial, energy, renewable energy, or climate/sustainability sectors preferred)
Technical Familiarity: Working knowledge of industrial utility systems (boilers, chillers,
compressed air, HVAC), renewable energy technologies (solar PV, wind),
climate/sustainability service offerings (carbon accounting, ESG advisory,
decarbonization strategy), and energy management standards such as ISO 50001
Certifications (a plus): Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Certified
Skilled in Supply Management (CPSM), or equivalent
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an eye for detail that catches what
others miss
Comfort working across government e-procurement platforms and technical/commercial
stakeholders alike
