We are looking for a Senior Learning Administrator on a yearly contract to play a pivotal role in driving the learning and development agenda across the organization. This role involves extensive interaction with internal stakeholders, caregivers and vendor partners during the learning cycle.

What will you be responsible for?

Key roles and responsibilities include;

- Learning Data Operations – Perform data collation and analysis in the context of learning (tracking budgets, training metrics, SOP adherence, learning dashboards, learning advantages tracking, etc). Maintains learning MIS and develops/upgrades and automates processes.
- Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with pillars and caregivers across all levels and teams to ensure learning related queries are addressed and pillar learning is tracked.
- Customer Service – Acts with the caregiver in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with CGs, pillar learning POCs, HR team and external vendor partners to gain their trust and respect.
- Program Management - Partners well with SME and vendor partners, is familiar with full cycle of program procurement, communicates updates to stakeholders and work partners. Coordinates program logistics, collects feedback, prepares program summaries,



distils formal and informal feedback and reports back to facilitator and program manager. Able to prioritize tasks, demonstrate high ownership, finish deliverables on time, proactively updates stakeholders.
- Proficient in standardized software and hardware applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates high ownership and entrepreneurship – Takes initiative, focuses on customers and improves performance
- Familiarity with LMS - Monitor, respond to, and resolve LMS inquiries and other LMS administration related activities. Knowledge on Success Factors is an advantage.

Who are we looking for?

- 5-9 years of experience as learning administrator in GCCs and large corporates
- Bachelor’s degree. Certifications in Data management/Learning and Development are a plus.
- Experience in managing tight deadlines and multitasking , manage risk and escalate when needed.
- Must have attention to detail, delivery excellence mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proven track record in establishing effective learning and development governance.
- Work independently in a continuously developing environment.
