Role & responsibilities
- Manage O&M; of water supply, drainage, sewage, STP, WTP, pumps, and piping networks.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels, fire pumps, and jockey pumps.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor water consumption, detect leakages, and implement conservation measures.
- Coordinate with Biomedical, Civil, Electrical, HVAC, and Facility teams.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance staff while ensuring quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, fire safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct periodic inspections, testing, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Maintain AMCs, asset records, spare inventories, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and team training.
Preferred candidate profile
5 to 10 years in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Operations & Maintenance.
Experience in multi-specialty hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, IT parks, or high-rise projects is preferred.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
