We are looking for a Developer to support AI adoption activities using GitHub Copilot across customer teams. The role involves coaching developers on effective GitHub Copilot usage, helping teams improve development efficiency, supporting onboarding/adoption activities, and enabling AI-assisted development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and guide development teams on effective usage of GitHub Copilot.
- Help developers leverage AI-assisted coding for code generation, code optimization, documentation, and unit test creation.
- Understand team development workflows and recommend Copilot best practices.
- Support onboarding, adoption, and post-adoption activities for customer teams.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops.
- Collect adoption metrics, feedback, and improvement opportunities from teams.
- Prepare user guidance, process documentation, and best practice documents.




- Coordinate with scrum teams and support teams for issue resolution and enablement activities.
- Participate in client-facing discussions, status meetings, and adoption reviews.

Required Skills

- Strong software development and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC, coding standards, and developer workflows.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Preferred Skills

- 8+Experience with Java, Python, Angular, or up-to-date development technologies.
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and developer productivity solutions.
- Experience in platform adoption/support activities.
