Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the consumer lending portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the consumer lending customer base
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of consumer lending solutions
- Monitor and report on the performance of the consumer lending portfolio, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Represent the bank in industry events,



conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and showcase the banks consumer lending capabilities

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies
- Familiarity with the consumer lending landscape and industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions
