Position: Home Health Trainer

Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad(Work From Office)

Eligibility:

- 4+ years of experience in Home Health Medical Coding
- Willing to work as a Trainer
- Strong knowledge of Home Health Coding Guidelines, OASIS, ICD-10-CM, and Coding Compliance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Relevant coding certification preferred (BCHH-C, CPC, CCS, HCS-D, COC, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:





- Deliver training sessions to current and existing Home Health coders.
- Conduct coding audits, assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure coding quality, accuracy, and compliance with client standards.
- Develop training materials and support continuous learning initiatives.
- Mentor coders to improve productivity and coding accuracy.
