About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our US Staffing team as US Healthcare Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the US recruitment industry by supporting Direct Clients across the United States.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace during US night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Source healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate communication, experience, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Work closely with Account Managers and senior recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Deliver quality submissions within client turnaround time (TAT).

Required:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Understanding of US time zones (EST, CST, MST, and PST).
Basic awareness of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office during US night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
