Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Corporate Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, BAAs, and Vendor Agreements. The role involves managing the complete contract lifecycle, advising business teams on legal risks, ensuring compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualification:

- LLB with 5 to 12 years of relevant in-house commercial contracting experience.
- Active membership with a State Bar Council is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
