About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager US Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting operations supporting multiple US entities. This role offers the prospect to build and lead an India-based accounting team while partnering closely with US leadership in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Manage Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control requirements.




- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and P&L; variance analysis.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and accounting standardization.
- Support integration of newly acquired businesses into the accounting workplace.
- Partner closely with US stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

- US CPA Certification – Mandatory
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Hands-on NetSuite experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, Month-end Close, General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, and Variance Analysis
- Experience managing accounting teams
- Experience working with US CPA firms, outsourced accounting firms, or supporting external US clients is highly preferred

Preferred

- Experience in Shared Services, GCC, or outsourced accounting environments
- Experience supporting multi-entity or acquisition-driven businesses
- Exposure to BlackLine, FloQast, Ramp, ServiceTitan, or similar finance tools
- Strong process improvement and automation mindset
