Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Data Owner to define and continuously refine the vision for analytics products, ensuring alignment with enterprise analytics strategy and business priorities.
Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
Effective operation in a 247 support model with rotating shiftsClear, timely, and consistent communication with stakeholdersContinuous improvement through reduction of repeat incidents and alert noise
Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms
Execute reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks to restore service
Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recoveryApply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloadsRestore service quickly and safely. Escalate to L3 only when an engineering change is required.
Provide complete diagnostic information, impact assessment, and attempted remediation details during escalation
