Key Responsibilities

- Interpret Control-M EM & History database structures (job definitions, folders/SMART folders, calendars, conditions, quantitative resources, ctmvar, on-do/on-notok logic).
- Validate extracted metadata against real scheduling behaviour and flag anomalies or divergences.
- Decode out-of-the-box and custom plugin invocations; identify where filesystem/agent access is needed.
- Reconstruct and verify explicit dependency graphs; interpret cross-folder/cross-day conditions.
- Guide the AI classification & taxonomy work with domain expertise; review low-confidence outputs (HITL).
- Author the evidence-gap register and advise on the follow-on access plan.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years hands-on BMC Control-M administration (EM, Server, Agents) across enterprise/BFS estates.
- Deep knowledge of Control-M schema across versions (9.x / 20.x / 21.x), ctmcli & EM API.
- Solid grasp of batch scheduling patterns, calendars, SLA/BIM, file-transfer & plugin ecosystems.
- Experience with large, complex, multi-region Control-M estates (ideally banking).
- Excellent stakeholder communication able to engage a technical platform team peer-to-peer.
