- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E Civil/Diploma/PG Diploma
- Work Experience:4-8years
- Interiors experience is preferred
- Currently located in Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities
- Exposure to writing Specifications and quantifying the various items for commercial Interiors.
- Should be able to coordinate with MEP consultants and various vendors to get costings and quotes.
- Coordinate for in office quantity verifications and Bill certifications as per site.
- Candidate should be well versed with Various interior materials, their quantification process and dealer and suppliers.
- Responsible for delivery of correct and complete BOQs with the help of his junior team
- Develop vendors and suppliers
- Release and recomend the PO to various vendors
- Coordinate with various vendors and consultants to get details and specifications
- Check and verify billing from vendors
- Follow up with clients for amendments etc
