- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Solid hands-on expertise in:
- Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN
- Database performance tuning (AWR, ASH, SQL tuning)
- Oracle Utilities database architectures
- 2+ years of experience supporting OCI (mandatory for IDC roles).
- Exposure to AWS in hybrid environments is preferred.
- Solid Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
- Experience working in IMS / Managed Services delivery models.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance.
- Exposure to middleware technologies (WebLogic, SOA, GoldenGate) is an advantage.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in 24x7 production environments and handle critical situations effectively.
