ROLE: Automation Test Engineer (Java & Selenium)

Exp: 5 to 10 YRS

Location: PAN INDIA

Work mode: 5 Days work from office

Notice Period: 0-60 Days Only

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with up-to-date test automation frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to develop effective test strategies and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members throughout the software development lifecycle.




- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Maintain test reports and provide regular quality status updates.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
- Good understanding of automation framework design (Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Hybrid, BDD).
- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
