Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with Salesforce Personalization Experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) to design, develop, implement, and optimize personalized customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud development, real-time personalization, customer journey orchestration, integrations, and data-driven marketing solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, marketing teams, architects, and developers to deliver scalable, high-performing, and personalized digital experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development

- Design, develop, and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Develop energetic email templates using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and optimize Journeys using Journey Builder.
- Configure Automation Studio workflows and SQL activities.
- Develop reusable components and best practices.
- Manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and data models.
- Configure triggered sends and transactional messaging.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio)

- Design and implement real-time personalization use cases.
- Configure user profiles, catalogs, and behavioral data models.
- Develop web and mobile personalization campaigns.




- Implement sitemap configuration and event tracking.
- Create audience segmentation and targeting rules.
- Configure recommendation strategies and affinity models.
- Develop templates, campaigns, and decisioning logic.
- Execute A/B and multivariate testing.
- Analyze customer behavior and optimize personalization performance.
