The Manager Governance - IMPACT (Innovation Management, ProcessexcellenceAnd Continuous Transformation) owns IMPACT governance, standards, and orchestration to ensure consistent intake, prioritisation, and value tracking across transformation initiatives. The role will be based out of our global hub at Hyderabad. It reports into the Director - IMPACT (Process & Operations Excellence), GBS.
Your responsibilities
- Design and govern IMPACT standards, frameworks, and controls
- Coordinate demand intake and prioritisation with PMO and Value Realization Office
- Track initiative performance and advantages realisation
- Ensure consistency and compliance with OneGBSoperating model
- Enable transparent reporting and executive decision making
The experience we're looking for
- 10+ years in governance, transformation, continuousimprovementsand portfolio management roles
- Experience operating enterprise governance and controls
- Strong coordination across crossfunctional stakeholders
- Comfort working with senior leadership forums
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, GBS, or global organizations
