Roles and Responsibility:
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools, managing the complete content lifecycle from SOP analysis and storyboarding to LMS publishing.
- Partner with SMEs and senior stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis, define learning objectives, and create impactful instructional solutions.
- Develop multimedia learning assets, including graphics, simulations, screen recordings, assessments, and interactive content aligned with instructional design best practices.
- Manage LMS administration, including content publishing, version control, reporting, and curriculum maintenance to ensure an optimal learner experience.
- Drive quality assurance through content validation, curriculum audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and reduce cognitive overload.
Must have skill:
Should have experience working as an Instructional designer and in content strategy.
