Responsibilities
- Design and Develop enterprise web applications using Java technology, REST API, Micro Services on open shift and AWS
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of data, front-end and back-end engineers, analysts, dev-ops and technical product owners.
- Provide technical leadership in system design, code review, coaching team and delivering high quality code.
- Work in an agile development environment and collaborate with multiple teams while experimenting with current technologies.
- Work with cloud and infrastructure teams for setting up and maintenance of environments.
- Coordinate the testing efforts with automation in mind.
- Collaborate with Onsite development team for planning and execution of deliverables.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Experience on an Agile team using Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency in Java and Springboot and other Java frameworks,
- Experience with hosting applications on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of database systems, such as Oracle, for data storage and retrieval.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of React and Node is plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong experience with Java and React in full stack developer role.
- Robust understanding of single page application architecture.
- Good experience in building Rest APIs using Java/ springboot.
- Strong knowledge of database systems, such as Oracle, for data storage and retrieval.
- Robust understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Required Experience & Education:
- 6 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team.
- Experience with onshore/offshore model.
- Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
- Industry certifications such as AWS.
