1. As an L2 Security Support Engineer, you will:

- Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise security infrastructure and security operations.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve escalated security incidents and operational issues.
- Support enterprise routing technologies and assist with routing configuration changes under the guidance of L3 teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot security logs using Splunk to identify security events and operational anomalies.
- Support and maintain Active Directory (AD) security services and Tanium infrastructure.
- Manage endpoint security solutions, including CrowdStrike, ensuring system health and operational continuity.
- Assist with patch management activities across enterprise environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and leverage REST APIs to improve operational efficiency.
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives for security infrastructure deployments and configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.




- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Work closely with L3 engineering teams to resolve complex security and infrastructure issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure service availability across multi-site enterprise environments.

2. What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of experience in Security Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Cybersecurity Engineering.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking and routing technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Tanium for endpoint management and security operations.
- Knowledge of CrowdStrike endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- Experience with enterprise patch management processes.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
- Experience working with REST APIs for integrations and automation.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools.
- Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting Active Directory security and identity-related operational issues.
- Exposure to multi-site or international enterprise environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication,



and problem-solving skills.

3. You should possess the ability to:
- Analyze and troubleshoot security incidents efficiently.
- Investigate security logs and identify operational or security-related issues using Splunk.
- Support enterprise endpoint security platforms and infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and APIs.
- Work effectively with L3 engineering teams on escalated technical issues.
- Prioritize and manage multiple incidents in a quick-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Adapt quickly to evolving enterprise security technologies and operational requirements.
