Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Consultant / Lead SME with expertise in designing, implementing, and governing security and authorization across SAP SuccessFactors modules. The candidate should have strong experience in RBP configuration, security architecture, compliance, and integration security.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and govern SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Analyze business security requirements and design scalable RBP solutions.
- Configure permission roles, permission groups, target populations, dynamic groups, and permission assignments.
- Maintain security models across Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession, Onboarding, and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Perform security impact assessments for new implementations and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot RBP-related issues, access problems, and authorization defects.
- Conduct security audits, access reviews, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, auditors, and implementation partners on security initiatives.
- Assess security impacts during SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases.
- Prepare security documentation,



SOPs, and design documents.
- Mentor junior consultants on SuccessFactors security best practices.
- Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, IAS, IPS, and third-party identity management solutions.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Expertise in permission roles, permission groups, target populations, and agile permission management.
- Experience with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors security architecture and authorization concepts.
- Knowledge of Employee Central Foundation Objects and Data Model.
- Experience troubleshooting security and authorization issues.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Admin Center and security administration.
- Knowledge of provisioning concepts and release management.
- Experience with SSO, IAS, IPS, and Identity Access Management.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors RBP/Security implementation experience.
- Experience in global implementation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP BTP, and SAP GRC.
- ITIL or Agile/Scrum experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
