Role & responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with direct clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Specialize in IT recruitment (software engineers, developers, cloud, data, infrastructure, etc.) while also handling Non-IT roles as required.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Evaluate technical profiles with a strong understanding of IT technologies.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any bachelors degree
- 3-6 years of total recruitment experience.
- 70-80% experience in IT hiring and 20% in Non-IT hiring.




- Experience in niche non-IT hiring (Linguist, Data Scientist, Hardware and Firmware Engineering roles).
- Strong exposure to direct client interaction (not just through implementation partners).
- Solid understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills using sourcing tools Dice, Monster and LinkedIn
- Robust negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and ATS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
