About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Engineering, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Construction and Electrical sectors. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying and placing top talent in highly specialized non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and place candidates for Non-IT roles across Engineering, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, and Electrical sectors
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Utilizing Different kind of job boards and other sourcing tools
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing,



screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and client-specific requirements

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of US Non-IT Recruitment experience (Non-IT focus)
Proven experience recruiting in Engineering, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Electrical industries
Solid understanding of US work authorization types with a focus on W2 hiring
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with VMS environments is a plus
Experience using ATS tools.
