Job Summary

Guidewire Lead Developer/Architect (Fulltime role)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)
- Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervision
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance considerations
- Actively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model)

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations
- Robust hands-on expertise in at least one Guidewire XCenter(anyone is fine):

PolicyCenter

BillingCenter

ClaimCenter

- Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns
- Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models




- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)
- Key Expectations (Important for This Role):
- Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver with minimal handholding
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Proactive communication with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

- Guidewire Cloud experience
- Guidewire certifications
- P&C; Insurance domain expertise
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture
- Agile/Scrum experience

Location Noida/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Trivandrum (Hybrid Mode 3 days from office)

Available to support on a contract, part-time, freelancing, or retainership basis for a few hours daily until completion of the notice period and onboarding into a permanent role.
