About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Developer to design, develop, and maintain GIS solutions across web and Windows desktop environments. The role involves building custom ArcGIS Pro add-ins, geoprocessing tools, and web mapping applications using Esri technologies and modern development practices.
- The developer will work closely with business and technical teams to translate spatial requirements into efficient, scalable solutions while ensuring proper geodatabase design, service optimization, and system integration. The position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality GIS applications within an enterprise environment.
- Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network, 3-GIS development and configuration, or mobile GIS is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain ArcGIS Web applications using ArcGIS JavaScript API, Web App Builder and ArcGIS Online/Enterprise.
- Build desktop GIS tools using ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET (add-ins, geoprocessing tools, workflows).
- Consume and publish ArcGIS REST services; integrate GIS with backend systems and databases.
- Automate GIS processes using Python (ArcPy) or C#/.NET.
- Design and maintain geodatabases, feature classes, domains & spatial data models.
- Troubleshoot and optimize GIS applications and spatial workflows.
- Collaborate with GIS analysts, data teams, and engineering teams.
- Prepare documentation for architecture, workflows and code.




- Customize AutoCAD using C++ or C#.NET

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of experience with Esri ArcGIS development.
- Strong experience ArcGIS Web Development (JavaScript API, REST services).
- Robust experience ArcGIS Desktop Development (ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET).
- Proficiency in C#/.NET/ Python (ArcPy).
- Solid understanding of geodatabases, spatial analysis, map services, and data modelling.
- Experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise/Server environments.
- Experience in AutoCAD development using C++ or C#.NET

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

- Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network (configuration, tracing, rules).
- Exposure to 3-GIS development, configuration, or administration.
- Basic exposure to mobile GIS (ArcGIS Runtime SDK) optional.
- Knowledge of ETL tools (FME) or integration workflows.
- Knowledge in ArcGIS Mobile Development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or ArcGIS Online.
- Agile team experience.

Soft Skills:

- Robust analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
