Position Summary:
- The Manager plays a key role in Supporting CCO by tracking performance, overseeing reporting, analysing denial trends, and driving resolution of client concerns. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between CCO and internal RCM teams, while maintaining a solid focus on service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- This position is suited for professionals with solid experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) and client handling, who can independently manage accounts, provide insights, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires strong analytical ability, effective communication, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- This is an individual contributor role with ownership of client accounts, operating from our Hyderabad location.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and track denial trends and aged AR (>90 days), highlighting key risks and actionable insights.
- Support resolution of client concerns and escalations through structured analysis and coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely client-facing reports, issue logs, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Participate in client meetings, present performance updates, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with billing, coding, and AR teams to gather data and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all reporting and communication shared with clients.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and presentation.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Role Expectations
- Act as the primary liaison between CCO, internal RCM,
Analytics and Process Optimization teams, ensuring clear communication and timely support.
- Monitor daily billing and AR performance, proactively identifying issues and driving resolution.
- Manage client escalations with ownership and professionalism, ensuring closure within defined timelines.
- Facilitate regular client discussions to review performance, trends, and operational challenges.
- Deliver structured weekly and monthly reports on AR metrics, collections, and financial performance.
- Support clients in understanding workflows, resolving billing issues, managing denials, and reconciling accounts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, IT) to improve processes and outcomes.
- Contribute to onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transition and stabilization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis and client feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, action plans, and resolutions.
- Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare RCM with exposure to client-facing roles.
- Good understanding of end-to-end RCM processes including billing, AR follow-up, and denial management.
- Experience in handling client communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Practice Management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
