We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-driven Skin Clinic Sales Counsellor who can guide patients from consultation to treatment enrollment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, understand customer concerns, build trust, and convert inquiries into paid treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients on skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments based on the doctor's recommendations.
- Understand each patient's concerns and recommend the most suitable treatment plans.
- Explain treatment procedures, advantages, pricing, packages, offers, and expected results.
- Convert walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media inquiries into paying clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads until they make a decision.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and reception staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM after every interaction.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales.
- Encourage package upgrades, treatment renewals, and referrals.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction throughout the treatment process.

Requirements





- 15 years of experience in sales counselling, preferably in a skin clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, IVF, healthcare, wellness, or luxury service industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Ability to understand customer psychology and build trust.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling aesthetic, dermatology, laser, hair, or cosmetic treatments.
- Experience handling high-value treatment packages.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
