Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Service: Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and corporate guests daily.
- Guest Welcoming: Greet visitors with a warm attitude and proactively offer refreshments.
- Meeting Support: Setup conference rooms with snacks and drinks before meetings and clean up afterward.
- Stock Management:



Track pantry inventory like milk, coffee, tea, and sugar to ensure zero shortages.
- Pantry Hygiene: Keep the kitchen, cafeteria, and serving stations clean, organized, and hygienic.

Requirements

- Personality: Exceptionally pleasant nature, polite demeanor, and a positive, smiling attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, offices, or food service is preferred but not required.
- Hygiene: High standards of personal grooming and cleanliness.
- Communication: Ability to interact politely and clearly with office staff.
